Five outstanding Lone Star College-North Harris staff members were recently selected to receive the college’s 2008 Staff Excellence Award.  The LSC-North Harris support staff excellence awards recognize and honor the outstanding services and essential roles provided by college’s support staff employees. This year’s winners will be honored at the Lone Star College System employee banquet on Feb. 15 at The Woodlands Waterways Marriott.

The 2008 winners are Sherry Bienek, PBX operator/receptionist; Vivian Brecher, department assistant; Juan Primo; extended learning center program coordinator; Ethel Lewis, division coordinator and Velma Trammel, staff assistant II.
