"Death & Harry Houdini," Oct. 16 through 19

Harry Houdini attempts his Greatest Escape ever, to pry his way from the hands of death itself in the Lone Star College-North Harris production of "Death & Harry Houdini," by Nathan Allen. The production features magic escapes such as The Milk Can Escape, Metamorphosis, and the world famous Underwater Torture Escape. It is also an American College Theatre Festival Entry. Not recommended for small children. Showtimes are 8 p.m., Oct. 16 to 18, and 2 p.m on Oct. 19 in the LSC-North Harris Performing Arts Theatre. The college is located at 2700 W.W. Thorne Drive, one-half mile south of FM 1960 E, between Aldine-Westfield and Hardy Roads. Tickets are $10, $5 with student identification. For information and reservations, call 281.765.7963.
