Register Now for May Mini-term and Summer Classes

Published on: March 29, 2007

Beginning May 14 and continuing through June 1, the college is offering several mini-term classes in a 3-week, fast-track format. Classes are held Monday through Friday either on campus or through the college’s LSC-Online program. A variety of courses are offered in the fields of art, economics, English, government, history, mathematics, music, philosophy, and speech.

Many local students who attend colleges across the state use this mini-mester as an opportunity catch up on college transfer credit for a fraction of the cost. A complete list of classes can be found in the Lone Star College-Kingwood summer course catalog or by visiting kingwood.lonestar.edu.

To assure the best selection, students are encouraged to register as early as possible. Students must enroll before the first class meets.

The first session of summer classes begins June 4 and ends July 11. The second summer session begins July 12 and ends Aug. 16. For more information about mini-term and summer classes, call 281-312-1600.
