Blues meets Motown Sept. 12

Don’t miss the hand clapping, thigh slapping live performance of Blues meets Motown in “Rockin’ on the Prairie Live” at Cy-Fair College. 

Maestro Thomas Meloncon directs this Precinct One musical extravaganza from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 in the Recital Hall, room 102 in the Center for the Arts Building on the Cy-Fair College Barker Cypress campus. Refreshments will be served.

Co-hosting this special presentation are the Learning, Inspiration, Fellowship, and Enrichment (L.I.F.E.) and the Academy of Lifelong Learning programs.

L.I.F.E. programs are free and held Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Cy-Fair College Branch Library (Room 131 unless otherwise noted.) A.L.L. is an organization for active adults, age 50 and better, offering members free and reduced rate classes and social activities for continued intellectual and personal growth.
