The Visual Communication Program at Lone Star College-Kingwood wants to show you everything it has to offer. Visual communication students are trained to work in commercial art and design, desktop publishing, multimedia development, web design, 3-D animation, video and post production.
The Visual Communication Showcase will highlight student works in the Student Center/Fine Arts Building South Gallery, April 6-17. Join faculty and students during the casual opening reception on Monday, April 6, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. to ask questions about this dynamic program.
The Visual Communication Program at LSC-Kingwood will not only teach you the skills you need to know to use the latest industry software, but will develop your design and conceptual skills and provide opportunities to enhance your success through real world activities and events such as our Non-Profit Design-a-Thon and Visual Communication Student Art Show.
Students can pursue an AAS degree in visual communication or choose from several certificate programs, including graphic design, motion graphics, video and post-production, multimedia design, 3-D animation and web design.
