Center Marketing
Marketing & Outreach/Recruitment Greenspoint & Victory Centers
Direct and consultative services are provided by the Office of Institutional Advancement to help satellite locations, campus departments, and programs meet their specific recruitment, outreach, and communication needs as they relate to Greenspoint and Victory Centers.
It is the goal of the Office of Institutional Advancement to support center-specific activities by providing access to the following services:
Publications Center specific publications including, flyers, brochures, postcards, mini-schedules, newsletters, ads, bookmarks, and all other printed materials using the college logo are created by Office of Institutional Advancement.
Promotional/Recruitment items Center-specific promotional items are available upon request while supplies last. Requested items must be used for the purpose of student recruitment, outreach, and brand awareness activities.
Media Requests Center-specific press releases, ads, interviews, photography, or news articles can also be requested. All requests for media are reviewed by the Office of Institutional Advancement to ensure that they are consistent with the mission of the college.
Web Content Greenspoint and Victory Center Web sites are updated on a regular basis. All information to be updated on the Centers Web sites should be submitted via e-mail at least two days in advance.
Outreach/Recruitment/Representation Representation on behalf of both satellite centers is available for school, community, and business related activities. Requests for representation should be made at least two weeks in advance of the event in order to ensure proper representation.
Event Planning Support, coordination, and planning of on-campus student and community activities are available to each Center. Adequate time should be allowed for the planning of all events in order to ensure success.
