LSC-North Harris Printer Support

The College provides networked printers for all departments. These printers are purchased, supported and replaced by OTS. Individual desktop printers are not normally provided or supported. Support for printers is funded as follows:
  • All consumables are the responsibility of the department or departments using the printer. Consumables are as follows: paper, toner, maintenance kits, transfer kits and Drum kits.
  • Repair costs for networked printers in the college are paid using the instructional technology budget.
  • OTS is not responsible for the repair costs of local printers purchased by departments.

LSC-North Harris and the District use a blanket contract with suppliers for all printer consumables (toner, etc.) and repairs.
