LSC-Tomball OTS

The Office of Technology Services works to provide reliable and efficient technology resources to the Lone Star College–Tomball community, both on-site and off, as well as to promote professional development, college Web site management, application development, helpdesk services, media services and dynamic educational resources.

LSC-Tomball Customer Service

Computing services are supported by the ServiceDesk which provides a centralized point of contact for responsive support and technical assistance through teamwork and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Internet/Intranet Systems

Internet/Intranet Systems manages the Web infrastructure of Lone Star College–Tomball, providing technical support of all internal and external Lone Star College–Tomball Web sites as well as the RedDot Content Management System. Other services provided are Web Application Design and Development and SQL, MySQL, Access, Filemaker Pro database administration, design, development and reporting. Also R25 database administration, support, training and maintenance, S25 scheduling and X25 reporting and analysis.
