In order to assist in your learning more about physical therapy as a career and the particular requirements of our program, you are strongly encouraged to attend an information session. No reservations are needed. These sessions are held on the Lone Star College Montgomery campus.

PSB Health Occupations Aptitude Exam is open for students to begin testing at the LSC-Montgomery Campus only. The Testing Center will be closed for Spring Break and finals week.

Licensure and Accreditation
In order to practice as a physical therapist assistant (PTA), a person must be licensed by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. To take the PTA licensing exam, a person must be a graduate of a PTA educational program which is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. The program received re-accreditation in April 2007. - Graduation Rate: This rate is calculated according to the CAPTE formula required in the AAR (which is consistent with the formula used by the federal Integrated Post-secondary Education Data System) for the class of 2014, 2015, and 2016.
- Licensure Rate: This rate is published by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and is current as of 11/03/2017.
