All registered Domestic students taking at least twelve (12) credit hours per full semester and six (6) credit hours per summer session are eligible to enroll in the plan on a voluntary basis. Please note that only three (3) online credit hours can go towards meeting the eligibility requirement. Academic Health Plans (AHP) provides program management and administrative services for covered voluntary Domestic students through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.
