Presidents Office

Office of Strategic Initiatives

The mission of the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) is to generate, evaluate and implement strategic initiatives that create sustainable long-term improvements for LSC-Tomball.  The Office of Strategic Initiatives houses the Center for Organizational and Teaching Excellence (COTE), College Relations, Multimedia Services, the Center for Leadership, Academics, and Student Success (Title V Grant), the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Institutional Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, Research, and Grants.  For more information, please visit LoneStar.edu/OSI

Vice President of Instruction

The LSC-Tomball Instructional Division creates a collegiate environment that supports student learning and promotes faculty excellence.  The Vice President of Instruction is responsible for providing leadership to the various areas of instruction, working with Presidentís Cabinet for strategic planning, policy development, budget management and implementation of college-wide programs and services, planning and producing an annual schedule of classes, and representing the College and its programs to outside groups including the development of partnerships with other colleges, K-12 programs and other agencies.  For more information, please visit LoneStar.edu/tomball-vpi
