Third Party-Vendor Information

When requesting information that involves a third parties interest, such as a proposal received by LSCS in response to an RFP, it is generally necessary for the information to be submitted to the Office of the Attorney General for a determination on the disclosure of the information. The third party will be notified by LSCS that their information has been requested.

If the third party desires their information to be withheld from disclosure, it is the responsibility of the third party to submit a written statement to the Office of the Attorney General containing the reasons their information should not be released (Texas Public Information Act §552.110).

All Proposals that contain a copyright will not be duplicated by LSCS although they may be available for viewing by the requestor.

Bid Tabulations will be released only after an award has been made and all pending contracts have been fully executed.
