Educational Technology Graduate Program

Educational Technology, M.Ed. (EdT)
The educational technology program is designed to prepare educators to improve the quality and effectiveness of instruction at all levels of education, early childhood through adult education programs. The program goal is to prepare graduates with a wide variety of skills to work as professionals and leaders in a variety of settings, including education, business, industry, and the military. Instruction is focused on preparing individuals for professional positions in instructional design, instructional resource development, and instructional resource administration. Major emphases are placed on the development of multimedia instructional materials and techniques for effective distance learning and communication through the Internet and compressed video systems.
