Daniel is a tireless advocate for undergraduate discovery research, which triggers a high level of student engagement and develops both critical thinking and communication skills, Biotechnology holds great potential to solve many of humanity's greatest challenges. When students gain opportunities to tackle such problems, they experience first-hand the idea that biotechnology can lead to a highly fulfilling career. When such projects align with work being carried out by an industry partner, a mutually beneficial collaboration becomes possible.
