Office of Diversity and Inclusion


The Office of Diversity and Inclusion was established in Spring 2019 at Lone Star College-Tomball. Building on work done over previous semesters, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion will support students, faculty, and staff within the campus to create an inclusive environment for all.


The Office of Diversity and Inclusion seeks to advance efforts of diversity, equity and inclusion as a transformational force in creating sustainable change at the institution. In addition, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion provides leadership, resources, and support for campus diversity initiatives.


The Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Diversity Action Plan will develop strategic initiatives and partnerships, policy development, performance, innovation, and education. The Diversity Action Plan will help shape Lone Star College-Tomballís future trajectory towards building a communal environment where all constituents share in incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion into the fabric of their work.
