2021 Year in Review
2021 was an amazing year in a number of ways for LSC Foundation! The 2021 calendar year concluded with assets totaling $40 million, an all-time high! 28th Annual Golf Tournament Raises $143,000!

Gene Haas Foundation Awards Workforce Students
Lone Star College Foundation and the Gene Haas Foundation have partnered to address the growing need for skilled manufacturing employees by providing scholarships to students enrolled in the LSC Machining Technology program. Learn more HERE.
Student Emergency Fund
Each year LSC Foundation receives hundreds of requests for student emergency funding, many of which were not necessarily newsworthy. Expenses like a new tire for the car or an unexpected doctor's visit can put a screeching halt to education. We asked the community to consider supporting the Foundation's student emergency fund this past holiday season. Wow! Donors generously responded by giving nearly $6,000! This will go a long way to provide much needed support for our students! You can still support the emergency fund by giving here!
End-of-Year Donor Challenge
An anonymous donor offered up a fundraising challenge in mid-December that resulted in $105,000 being matched! The community rallied in just a few weeks and their generosity was matched dollar-for-dollar into a separate fund dedicated for student scholarships.
