Social Wellness

Social Wellness encourages us to seek harmony with others and contribute to the welfare of our community and environment.  It drives us to improve communication and make thoughtful choices.  Social wellness leads us to value personal relationships and build better living spaces.

Intellectual Wellness

Intellectual Wellness leads us to want to stretch and challenge our minds in order to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to create, solve problems, and make decisions.  It drives us to seek stimulating and challenging mental activities, reach towards our full potential, and share our gifts with others.

Financial Wellness

Financial Wellness focuses on our relationship with money.  Being well means a person makes choices that lead to financial security.  This means having control of their day to day expenses, being able to absorb unexpected expenses, and be on track toward their financial goals.

Emotional & Spiritual Wellness

Emotional Wellness allows us to be self aware.  A well person recognizes their feelings, their causes, and is able to respond constructively to life’s challenges, including coping with stress.  They manage their life and take responsibility for their actions.  An emotional well person tends to feel positive and enthusiastic most of the time. Spiritual wellness recognizes our need for purpose and meaning.  It leads us to align our values with our actions. It allows us to develop an appreciation for the aspects of life we can’t always explain.
