To promote camaraderie and offer a positive incentive for full-time professional and support staff at Lone Star College-Tomball.

PSSA Employee of the Month Nomination Form

Guidelines for Nominations   

• PSSA members will submit nominations via the PSSA Employee of the Month Nomination Form.
• The PSSA Board will evaluate the nominations and select a recipient based on the criteria decided by the PSSA Board. 
• The winner will be announced at the end of the prior month and will hold the title of Employee of the Month until a new recipient is selected.
• The PSSA member can receive the award once per academic year.
• Per month, one nomination form per PSSA member will be accepted.
• Anonymous nomination forms will not be considered.
• In the event of a tie, three PSSA Board members will determine the winner.

Awards

The award will not be monetary. The recipient will receive the following:

• 1/2 day off (with Supervisor approval)
• A gift bag from PSSA
• A signed certificate from Dr. Nutt
