Lone Star College-Montgomery proudly hosted its first organization and club fair of the fall semester on September 3, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Organized by the Office of Student Life, the event took place at the Maverick Conference Center, encouraging them to discover their passions, develop leadership skills, and forge meaningful relationships.
The event welcomed a great crowd, providing students with the opportunity to connect with various clubs and organizations, gather useful information, explore campus resources, and socialize over snacks and drinks with their peers.
A variety of clubs were available, covering areas such as academics, culture, recreation, and social/political interests. Examples include the Chess Club, Pizza and Politics, the Student Veterans Association, and the Student Government Association.
At Lone Star College Montgomery, all the clubs and organizations are organized and highlighted at the start of each semester. This centralized approach makes it easy for students to access information about the various groups available on campus.
