Lone Star College–North Harris and McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston hosted a Brain Health Awareness event from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Lone Star College–North Harris, 2700 W.W. Thorne Drive. Healthcare providers presented evidence-based information on strokes, dementia, nutrition, and the impact of modern technology and medications on brain health. The event educated the community about preventive care and the latest medical insights while highlighting Lone Star College’s educational opportunities.
