Lone Star College–North Harris recently hosted “Spill The Tea: The Evolution of Women Impacting Leadership,” an event recognizing Women’s History Month and highlighting the experiences, perspectives, and impact of women in leadership.

Held in the Student Services Building Conference Center, the event brought together students and employees for an engaging discussion focused on leadership, growth, and the evolving role of women across industries and communities.

Guest speakers Dr. Chris Viser, Elizabeth Bueno, Heather Leary, and Lydia Sterling shared insights from their professional journeys, offering perspectives on personal and professional development, leadership, and the importance of mentorship and collaboration in today’s evolving workforce.
