Good Guys Wear Black at LSC-North Harris

HOUSTON – Transferring to a four-year university or preparing for a career after graduation can be an overwhelming process for some students. But at Lone Star College-North Harris, the Career and Successful Transfer (CAST) Lab staff is making the process easy and fun for students.

“We like to inject fun into the career and transfer process whenever we can,” said Kristina Raymond, LSC-North Harris Transfer Center Manager. “We sometimes feel like secret agents working behind the scenes to ensure ‘the good guys win.’ The CAST Lab staff specializes in things like resume development, academic advising and preparation for four-year universities and job search assistance. Whether they are seeking career material, four-year university information, or both, the CAST Lab is prepared to help students succeed.”

The CAST Lab is the destination for assistance in career advising and aid in transferring to a university. The lab and its staff are experts at helping guide students pursuing bachelor’s degrees or going straight into the workforce.
