TOMBALL, TX: The Lone Star College Tomball (LSC- Tomball) enrollment doors will be flung wide open at three upcoming Super Saturday registration events scheduled for July 16, August 20, and August 27. On any of the event dates, prospective students can finish the necessary steps to become an LSC-Tomball student.
“Enrolling in college can be intimidating,” said Shannon Marino, LSC-Tomball Student Engagement director. “But that’s why anyone considering college should come to the Super Saturday events. Every department connected to the registration process will be here, ready to guide students through the entire enrollment checklist. These events make getting started in college as seamless as possible.”
All three events will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Commons at the center of the main LSC-Tomball campus. LSC-Creekside Center, located at 8747 West New Harmony Trail in The Woodlands, will also host Super Saturday events on August 20 and 27 at the same times.
LSC-Tomball student-serving departments will be ready and available to assist with any step in the enrollment process. Financial Aid specialists will be present to advise students on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and the Assessment Center will be open for those who need to take college placement tests. New Student Orientation tours will be offered, and academic advisors can help students register for classes.
Free bacterial meningitis vaccines will be available on July 16 and August 27 at the main campus to those who qualify on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students may apply for financial assistance with this requirement by filling out the Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Application.
LSC- Tomball is offering many courses for associates degrees and high-demand certificate programs with flexible class schedules and in-person or online options. Fall Classes begin August 29.
