Hen & Steer
Just as modern gastropubs have elevated traditional bar and pub fare, Hen and Steer is elevating traditional American foods to the next culinary level. Staples such as traditional hamburgers are now upgraded to on-trend specialty sandwiches featuring hand-pattied meats, gourmet toppings, condiments, and buns.
3 Sisters Tex-Mex
In Native American culture, 3 Sisters refer to Corn, Squash and Beans. Three Sisters features foods influenced by Native Americans and the Southwest United States. In addition to native foods, Three Sisters will also serve Tex-Mex cuisine and “Americanized” Mexican cuisine often found in Southern California, Arizona and southern Colorado (ie. burritos, street tacos, enchiladas with green chili sauce, etc).

Cafeteria & Catering
East Dining cafeteria is now open, featuring classic American fare at Hen & Steer, Tex-Mex at 3 Sisters Burrito Bowls, and Asian flavors at Pangea. Catering is also available for faculty and staff.
To make purchases, download the Connect & Pay app and set up an account using location code 158DD6. Please do this ahead of time. You can also order through kiosks within the café, but cash is not accepted.
