To lead the future of educator preparation through innovative, workforce-aligned programs that develop resilient, reflective, and instructionally effective educators prepared for classrooms today and the evolving educational landscape of tomorrow.

Vision:

The Lone Star College Educator Preparation Program prepares classroom-ready educators through rigorous academic coursework, comprehensive performance-based practices, authentic clinical experiences, and strategic partnerships that strengthen student achievement across Texas. LSC-EPP develops educators who implement high-impact instructional practices, demonstrate ethical professional conduct, adapt to evolving educational systems, and advance student success through research-based preparation, continuous support, and performance-based feedback.

• Providing research-based practices that embody student-centered learning in our training and coursework
• Fostering resilient and adaptive educators by incorporating reflective teaching in clinical and field-based experiences
