Lone Star College System seeks part-time workforce instructors to invest in students

Individuals interested in becoming a part-time instructor for Lone Star College System’s workforce programs are invited to a career fair on Oct. 22.

Lone Star College System is recruiting part-time instructors to teach its growing workforce programs across several campuses. Those interested in applying are invited to attend the Workforce Instructor and Adjunct Faculty Career Fair on Oct. 22 from 3:30-7 p.m. at LSC-System Office, The Woodlands, in the Lone Star Community Building, located at 5000 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands.

“Student success is what drives us at Lone Star College System, and it wouldn’t be possible without the instructors who diligently invest their time and share their expertise,” said Patricia Woods, LSCS senior associate vice chancellor, Human Resources. “We look forward to hiring additional workforce instructors who will ensure our students are equipped for success.”

Attendees should bring copies of their resume, unofficial transcripts, certifications and licenses. The last entry will be at 6:30 p.m. Pre-registration is optional but strongly encouraged and will be available until Oct. 13 at LoneStar.edu/AFCF.
