HOUSTON, TX (Oct. 2, 2025) – Lone Star College–University Park (LSC–University Park) invites students, employees, and the broader community to “Glow Up Your Health” at the 2025 Fit4Life Wellness Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Grand Hall of the campus’ Commons Building, 20515 SH 249, Houston, TX 77070.
The free annual fair provides wellness resources to support physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Attendees will find opportunities to explore new ideas, connect with others in the wellness community, and discover practical steps toward healthier living.
“The Fit4Life Wellness Fair is a direct reflection of our commitment to fostering a culture of well-being here at Lone Star College–University Park,” said Steve Kahla, Ph.D., vice president of Instruction. “By bringing together students, employees, and neighbors, we’re also supporting the health of the wider community we serve.”
Highlights of the event include health and fitness resources, live demonstrations, product samples, free giveaways, prize drawing and even a glow room.
