LSC-Houston North Volleyball Standout Mariana Aristizabal Nunez Signs with Justice University

Lone Star College-Houston North proudly celebrates student-athlete Mariana Aristizabal Nunez on signing with Justice University, marking an exciting next step in her academic and athletic journey.

Nunez has been a foundational member of the Lady Panther volleyball program, playing a key role in launching women’s volleyball at LSC-Houston North. Her impact was immediate and lasting, helping lead the team to a conference championship in its inaugural season.

“Mariana has been an incredible part of this program from the very beginning,” said Dr. Quentin Wright, President of Lone Star College-Houston North. “Her dedication, talent, and heart have meant everything to this team and set the standard for what Lady Panther volleyball represents.”

Throughout her time at LSC-Houston North, Nunez demonstrated exceptional commitment both on and off the court. Her leadership and work ethic contributed not only to the team’s early success but also to building a strong foundation for future student-athletes in the program.

She will continue her volleyball career at Justice University, where she joins the Lions and looks ahead to new opportunities for growth and competition.
