Frequently Used Registered Student Organization (RSO) Forms
- RSO Registration Form - Due Each Semester
- Officer/Advisor Agreement Form - Due Each Semester by All Officers & Advisors
- RSO Event Notification Form - Due 4 weeks prior to all RSO Events (on- & off- campus) & Travel
- Printing & Posting Approval - Required to Print or Post anything on campus, after Creative Services reviews & approves the design and Student Engagement approves the event
- RSO Roster Form - Due Each Semester
- New/Re-Emerging Student Organization Interest Form - Submit to restart or start a new organization
