We will now accept applications and supporting documents for all applicants except international freshmen through August 1, 2020. (The deadline for international freshmen applications has been extended until June 1, 2020.)

Submitting Supporting Documents—High school transcripts will be accepted by email from the student or school counselor for completion of applications. ACT/SAT score reports that include the student’s full name will also be considered, if submitted by email. All documents must be sent to processing@txstate.edu by the extended deadline.

New Student Orientation (NSO)—All new students will now complete Summer and Fall 2020 NSO online and the total cost has been reduced, accordingly. All NSO upfront costs have also been deferred and fees will be added to the student’s Fall registration bill. Incoming freshmen are encouraged to sign up for NSO as soon as possible. Updates and instructions for completing the online NSO will be sent to students as they become available.

Financial Aid and Scholarships—The deadline to accept financial aid and most university scholarship offers, including the national, assured and competitive scholarships, has been extended to June 1.
