Mission

The Bosque Gallery at Lone Star College-CyFair is a teaching gallery whose primary mission is to provide exhibitions which support and enrich college curriculum, events and programs. The Bosque Gallery provides exhibition opportunities for professional artists, visual arts faculty, and our visual arts students.

It is not our goal to act as a retail outlet or commercial gallery, though exhibited work may be made available for purchase. 100% of the sales will go towards the artists. The Bosque Gallery is not available as a rental venue to private individuals or organizations.

  • Clarity and articulation of a central idea
  • Strong artistic quality
  • Artworks and projects that address social, political and cultural issues relevant to our student body and the local community
  • Opportunities for compelling ancillary programming such as student workshops, lectures, studio critique, and other student- related events.
