Machinist Level 1 Certificate
The road to entering the Machining Technology industry begins with obtaining your Machinist Level 1 Certificate. This certificate prepares students to create mechanical parts, operate technical machinery, review blueprints and specifications, and to plan and troubleshoot the production process.

How do I become a CNC Operator/Programmer?
CNC Operator/Programmer Level 1 Certificate
After obtaining the Machinist Level 1 Certificate, the next step is to obtain the CNC Operator/Programmer Level 1 Certificate. This certificate prepares students with the introduction of CNC technologies.

Associate of Applied Science Machining Technology
Students have the option to continue on and round out their certifications with a few college level courses to earn an Associate of Applied Science Machining Technology degree. The Machining Technology AAS prepares a student for entry into various industries with an emphasis in operating, testing, and maintaining manufacturing and CNC equipment.
