Numerous, unique pieces will be on sale to the public. Art includes ceramics, jewelry, paintings, drawings and prints, all created by students in art classes offered at the college. According to Eric T Sims, dean of Fine Arts at LSC-North Harris, “The art sale has been a long-standing tradition at LSC-North Harris, providing an arena to showcase our student’s talents to our community.”

A portion of the sales go to Art Department scholarships, which are awarded to deserving students each semester, Sims added.

“The art pieces sell quickly, so it’s best to visit the sale early, and only cash and checks will be accepted,” said Sims.
