Tim Mousel and President Seelpa KeshvalaThanks to Mousel’s initiative, LSC-CyFair was recognized in the Exercise is Medicine® On Campus program through the American College of Sports Medicine this past spring.  Helping to encourage fitness, health and wellness, Mousel received proclamations naming October as Exercise is Medicine™ Month from Gov. Greg Abbott, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and LSC-CyFair President Dr. Seelpa Keshvala.

“Our wellness committee is committed to engaging our students, faculty and staff with ongoing opportunities to help make movement and choosing a healthy lifestyle a part of our daily campus culture,” said Mousel. “And we’re excited to have the Cy-Fair community join us at CyFit.”
