Short Play Festival (Performances March 5-7)
The Sweet Science of Bruising by Joy Wilkinson (Performances April 16-25)
Please read all the information carefully.
For The Sweet Science of Bruising, it is important that you attend all three audition dates.
Tuesday, December 2
Black Box Theater
5-8:30pm
The audition will consist of reading scenes directly from the script (cold readings) for The Sweet Science of Bruising. No monologues necessary.
Perusal copies are available in TECH123, Dean's Suite if you wish to familiarize yourself with the script.
Wednesday, December 3
Main Stage Theater
5-8:30pm
This audition will consist of movement and fight choreography for The Sweet Science of Bruising.
Please wear something you can move in. No heels/skirts; sneakers are preferable.
You MUST attend this audition in order to be considered for The Sweet Science of Bruising
NOTE THAT SAFETY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE DURING THIS AUDITION. ANYONE DISPLAYNG RECKLESS OR DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
Thursday, December 4
Black Box Theater
5-6:30pm
This time is for anyone called back for The Sweet Science of Bruising and wants to read for the Short Play Festival.
6:30-8:3pm
This time is for anyone else auditioning for the Short Play Festival.
Main Stage
6:30-8:30 pm Call backs for The Sweet Science of Bruising.
