Multiple Services Experiencing Interruptions


As of Jan. 23 at 12:45 p.m.
Human Resources/Human Capital Management (time reporting, recruitment) may now be accessed through hcm.lonestar.edu. The myLoneStar app is also now operational. If you have the app installed on your mobile  device, you may use it to view time, employee leave, payroll, benefits, and access D2L. The myLoneStar website, my.lonestar.edu, is still experiencing slow performance and we are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

Student Admissions, Registration, and Payment services can be accessed directly through campus.lonestar.edu until myLoneStar is restored.



Please be aware, OTS is currently experiencing intermittent issues with multiple services. Performance is extremely slow causing an inability to log in.  Please see details below. OTS is investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. An ETA on resolution has not yet been determined. We will provide updates as they become available.

Students and faculty must use Alternate D2L Login to log in to D2L until the outage has been resolved. Services such as student admissions, registration, and payment may be accessed through campus.lonestar.edu.
