GOAL STATEMENT:

To create the Community College Center for Neurodiversity Success (CCCNS), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to dramatically increasing access to higher education, improving completion rates, and enhancing post-graduation outcomes for neurodiverse individuals.

Description: Through our member network, participating community colleges will implement the evidence-based lifePATH® curriculum, including both the Occupational Life Skills Associate (OLSA) degree and lifePATH® Foundations program. This structured approach ensures consistent, high-quality education and support services across all member institutions.

CCCNS provides member colleges with comprehensive resources, including:

  • Professional development for faculty and staff
  • Guidance in program implementation and organizational structure
  • Full access to the established lifePATH® curriculum and materials
  • Integration into a collaborative network of committed institutions

Together, our member colleges create transformative educational pathways that enhance access, completion, and long-term success for neurodiverse students.

College 3.0 Framework:

1.0 – Expand access for the neurodiverse population across the United States, more community colleges offer lifePATH
2.0 – Replicate lifePATH® & OLSA degree, more neurodiverse students graduate with a credential
3.0 – Increase meaningful employment opportunities for neurodiverse population, dramatically impact social & business imperatives for employment of the neurodiverse
