Growing LSC-Tomball 3.0
The LSC-Tomball Commitment
Introduced in Spring 2025, LSC-Tomball 3.0 encompasses a bold vision and strategic plan with objectives and goals to reach that future. Three primary strategies (short-term, mid-term, and long-term) are the basis of the plan.
- Short Term: 249 Corridor of Opportunity | Team 249
- Mid Term: Community College Center for Neurodiversity Success
- Long Term: GPA + Professional Competencies Quotients
Growing LSC-Tomball 3.0
To accomplish our goals, we’ve joined the Reimagining Community College Design Challenge, a national initiative led by Education Design Lab (the Lab). The Reimagining Community Colleges Design Challenge supports institutions in crafting their strategic transformation plans using Education Design Lab’s human-centered design approach. The project focuses on advancing learner-centered, skills-based education to align with the future of work and fill regional skills gaps needed to fuel economic prosperity.
LSC-Tomball President Dr. Lee Ann Nutt explains this collaboration in the video below.
Upcoming Dates
A series of Feedback Forums will occur at all LSC-Tomball locations during Fall 2025. Small group sessions are scheduled to ensure broad participation and maximize the sharing of insights. Please join us at one of the sessions and share your perspective as we design the next chapter of LSC-Tomball 3.0 together.
