Health and Wellness Challenge
The Health and Wellness Challenges are all about helping each person “be the me, I want to be.” For some of us, that means that we want to lose a certain amount of weight, for others, we may want to gain muscle. It could be about living a healthier lifestyle by drinking more water, eating more fruits and veies, or walking more. It could also be scheduling those dreaded annual appointments to our doctor, dentist, or specialist.
Whatever your Health and Wellness Challenge may be the HTC team leaders are here to support you by connecting you to resources. There’s no need to wait for the New Year to begin working onyour health and wellness goals!
We’ve selected our Hard Thing Challenge…Will you?
