The Office of Student Life provides a variety of equipment and supplies available for checkout to support events and activities that directly benefit University Park registered student organizations and University Park students.

The Office of Student Life uses EZ Office for equipment checkout.

To check out an item, you must have an EZ Office profile. To request a profile, please complete this form.

Once your profile is created, you will receive a link to the request portal where you can submit equipment requests.

Important Equipment Check Out Information for Requestors

• All requests must be submitted by at least a week (5 business days).
• All items must be returned within 1 business days unless stated otherwise by the Office of Student Life.
• Requesters are responsible for providing the necessary supplies for requested equipment. For example, popcorn kernels, butter, salt, bags, etc.
• All items must be returned in the same condition checked out in. Items not cleaned will be returned to the requestor for cleaning.
• Completing the request form does not guarantee we can accommodate your request. You will receive a confirmation within two business days.
