Device Return

Not returning a device will result in a hold on your account and may result in charges for the value of the device.      
 

Hours and Locations

Please schedule a walk-up appointment to pick up or return a device. Pickup/drop off hours are typically:

  • Monday thru Thursday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed
