Dear Students,
We hope this message finds you well.
Due to high demand, we are temporarily pausing our Tech Connect program until the spring semester. We are currently out of both iPads and laptops.
Moving forward, the Tech Connect program will become the Tech Connect Bridge program, which will have a special focus on supporting our first-year students. This transformation will allow us to better serve our growing student community and ensure a strong start for those beginning their academic journey with us.
As we prepare for this transition, this temporary pause will give us the opportunity to replenish and upgrade our inventory, ensuring we can provide you with the best possible resources when we relaunch.
In addition, we are working on two new initiatives that will expand your technology access options:
- We're collaborating with the Online Bookstore to create a process that will allow you to use financial aid advances for laptop purchases. This will provide you with more flexibility in acquiring the tech you need.
- We're building partnerships with organizations interested in donating devices to students. This initiative aims to increase the number of resources available to you.
Your success remains our top priority, and we're committed to supporting you throughout this transition. We'll keep you updated on our progress and will send another email later in the fall semester with details about the program's restart.
Thank you for your understanding and enthusiasm as we work to enhance our technology support services.
Sincerely,
Quentin Wright, Ed.D.
