LSC-Montgomery is an innovative leader among Emergency Medical Services (EMS) educational institutions. The EMS program is intended for students who wish to receive a high quality education experience and desire to dedicate themselves to careers in emergency medical services. Lone Star College-Montgomery provides the educational and clinical background necessary to become eligible for certification/licensure at the EMT and Paramedic levels.

EMT
Fall 2025 Semester: August 25 to December 14
Registration on first-come, first-serve basis on completion of COMPLIO requirements
Daytime classes: 9 am to 1 pm, Tue/Thurs
Nighttime classes: 6pm to 10 pm, Tue/Thurs
Paramedic
Spring 2026 Cohort: 4 semesters January 2026 to May 2027
Application closes November 1, 2025
Classes begin January 20, 2026
