To request event set-up services, please submit an iService TMA work order request by visiting https://isd.lonestar.edu/. Please be sure to provide detailed information about your event, including the date, time, location, room layout preferences, equipment needs, and any other special requirements.
To ensure your event is planned and executed smoothly, we kindly request that all event setup service requests be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled event date. Providing this advance notice allows our Property Services team adequate time to review your needs, coordinate resources, schedule staff, and prepare the requested room configurations and equipment.
When submitting an event setup or service request, it’s important to provide complete and accurate information to help our team plan and execute your event efficiently. At a minimum, your request should include the following details: Contact Information, Event Name, Event Location, Event Needs
For urgent, day-of-event needs, we are here to provide immediate assistance to ensure your event runs smoothly. If an unexpected issue arises or you require last-minute support—such as adjustments to room setup, additional equipment, or troubleshooting technical concerns—please do not hesitate to reach out.
