FAQs

Property Services vehicles and golf carts are available for use; however, they may only be borrowed by approved drivers. This ensures that all vehicle and equipment use are safe, responsible, and in compliance with campus policies. Approval as a driver typically involves meeting specific eligibility requirements and completing any necessary training or documentation. Use of these vehicles is contingent on availability, so we encourage planning ahead and submitting requests in advance whenever possible. Additionally, vehicles and golf carts are intended for official business-related purposes only and should not be used for personal activities. This policy helps maintain the fleet in good condition and ensures resources are available for campus operations that support students, staff, and events.

Include the specific date and time that the service is needed. Providing this information allows our team to schedule vehicles and staff efficiently, ensuring that your transportation or fleet needs are met without delays.

To ensure that our vehicles are always in optimal condition, all fleet maintenance vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection every year.

Every fleet vehicle is equipped with a red folder in the glove box that contains detailed instructions on how to handle various situations that may arise while using the vehicle. This includes guidance for emergencies, minor maintenance issues, accident procedures, and other important protocols. It is essential that all drivers review and follow the instructions provided in this folder to ensure their safety, the safety of passengers, and the proper care of the vehicle.
