This club focuses on students in the Graphic Design program executing Case Studies to use in their portfolios. Students will be given a client brief and must meet deadlines for the projects. Along with Case Studies, students will receive intense critique sessions from peers, teachers, and professionals in the same field. This club will also search for contests and opportunities for students to showcase their skills. The Design Club's mission is to help students with real life experience, get involved in the graphic design community, and to create a solid portfolio.

Our purpose is to support and advocate for LSC–Kingwood by welcoming new music students from our surrounding communities and helping our program continue to grow. We are dedicated to encouraging participation, strengthening our music community, and promoting the success and performances of our ensembles, including the Concert Choir, Kingwood Chorale, Evok (Eclectic Voices), Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble, Kingwood Big Band, and Kingwood Pops Orchestra. Through outreach and support, we strive to celebrate the talent, passion, and hard work of our student musicians.

The Poetry and Songwriting Club is a place for poets/songwriters to share emotions or ideas through literary work beyond themselves. The club shares original poems and songs at club meetings. We will host an open mic for original poems and songs in the Fall and a talent show for original poems and songs in the Spring.
