Lone Star College-North Harris prepares students for healthcare job growth

As job growth continues at a staggering pace in the healthcare industry, Lone Star College-North Harris is positioned to prepare students to meet the growing demands of the industry.

With new hospitals and medical facilities springing up all over Houston, including The Methodist Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital in The Woodlands and CHI St. Luke’s Health-Springwoods Village Hospital in Spring, now is a great time to begin a career in the healthcare industry.

Not only does LSC-North Harris offer courses towards an Associate of Applied Science degree, but it also offers certificate programs for students who want to quickly enter the workforce. Some certificate courses are non-credit and are designed to be completed in as little as eight weeks.
