Join Lone Star College-CyFair’s librarians for virtual gaming, insights into the first national women’s suffrage conference, and flavorful food at November’s weekly WebEx workshops.

These free Learning, Inspiration, Friendship and Enrichment (L.I.F.E.) programs are available Wednesdays through virtual presentations and are accessible for one week.

  • November 4 - Get your Board Game on!
It's International Games Week! Join one of the teen librarians, Melanie Wachsmann, co-star of our YouTube program, "Much Ado About Board Games", as she teaches different types of games to play, and how to play board games virtually!

  • November 11 - Seneca Falls of the South: The 1977 National Women's Conference
Held in Houston, this conference is the first and only federally funded National Women’s Conference in U.S. history. The conference set out to revitalize the momentum for women’s suffrage leader Alice Paul’s proposed 1923 Equal Rights Amendment and bridge the gap between women’s voting rights and equality under the law. Learn more about this historic event and how it continues to shape the present with Librarian Regina Vitolo
