Dr. Bridgett N. Johnson serves as Executive Vice Chancellor, Operations at Lone Star College, where she provides strategic oversight for the Office of Technology Services, Property Services, Project Development and Planning, and the Business Office. Her leadership integrates technology, facilities, capital planning, and financial operations to drive institutional effectiveness and enhance the student and employee experience.

With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Johnson has led large-scale operational transformations across higher education and complex organizations. Prior to joining Lone Star College, she served as Chief Administrative Officer at South Texas College of Law Houston, overseeing IT, finance, human resources, procurement, safety, and risk management. She is recognized for her strategic leadership and transformative approach to innovation and operational effectiveness, driving enterprise alignment, strengthening organizational resilience, advancing emergency preparedness, modernizing systems, and delivering results that position organizations for long-term success.

Dr. Johnson previously held leadership roles at Lone Star College, where she was instrumental in the rebuilding and operational recovery of LSC–Kingwood following Hurricane Harvey, demonstrating strong leadership in emergency response, recovery, and resilience planning. She also spent over two decades at the Texas Medical Center in facilities and IT leadership roles.

She earned her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Sam Houston State University with honors and holds both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University.
