FAQs

If you notice that the paint in your office has become damaged, faded, or worn over time, you are eligible to request a repaint to restore the space. A fresh coat of paint not only improves the aesthetic of your office but also helps create a more productive and comfortable work environment.

To request a repaint, please submit an iService TMA Work Order Request and provide details about your office location, the extent of the paint damage, and any specific concerns you may have. This information allows the Property Services team to schedule and plan the work efficiently, ensuring that the repaint is completed properly and with minimal disruption to your workspace.

Once a request is submitted, the Property Services team will assess the condition of the space to determine if repainting is necessary. If it is determined that a repaint is warranted, the next steps will involve preparing a quote and submitting a Purchase Order (PO) to cover the work. Scheduling for the repaint will occur as soon as possible after the quote and PO are processed, ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to your office activities.

The duration of the painting process depends primarily on the size of the space as well as the complexity of the work required. Larger offices or areas with intricate features, such as multiple walls, trim, or built-in shelving, may require more time to complete than smaller, simpler spaces.
